Webinar RECORDING: Shifting From Later to Earlier Maturing Soybean Varieties

— Written By

As more growers shift to producing earlier maturing soybean varieties in North Carolina and South Carolina, there are important lessons we can learn about management from the Mid-South region where growers shifted to producing earlier maturing soybean varieties many years ago. On February 8, 2021, we hosted a webinar to hear from Extension specialists across the Mid-South with expertise on the successful transition to producing earlier maturing varieties. Topics covered include optimum planting dates, SoyStage, disease and insect management considerations, green stem, and desiccant use.

Please see this recording of our webinar on these topics.
