Collapse ▲The NC State Extension specialists and Field Crops agents have been working together this year to create a variety of educational videos for our clientele in an effort to continue to provide pertinent updates in the absence of many face-to-face events canceled or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
These videos were developed in a variety of formats including field day presentations, targeted production topics, webinars, and graduate student project highlights. Many of these videos were developed with assistance from Jenny Carleo, Area Specialized Grain Agent in the South Central District, through a video development initiative sponsored by the NC Soybean Producers Association.
We are delighted to provide a comprehensive list of the developed videos below. We will also create a tab on the left side of the Soybean Extension Portal that will house these videos.
We are also delighted to have a video showcasing the tremendous career of Dr. Tommy Carter who recently retired as a breeder and administrator in the USDA-ARS Nitrogen Fixation Unit in Raleigh. Dr. Carter has worked hard for the NC soybean industry and growers for over 40 years and we wish him the best in retirement!!
